Jill Johnston, Bookkeeper/Treasurer

Jill is a Business Consultant and former Founder and CEO of a high-tech global company. Jill has been involved with LMA since conception and continues to guide the organization with over 25 years of business experience.  Jill’s passion has always been to empower women.  She sees Life More Abundantly as a unique organization that brings hope and strength to men and women and allows them to experience the word of God as they navigate through major decisions for themselves and their families.  

Augustine Chacon, Men, Dads and Dads to be Program Director

He has served in ministry throughout his adult life. He’s currently the Lead Pastor of Tru Luv Church in Phoenix. He has been happily married to his high school sweetheart, Patsy for over 30 years and together they have three awesome kids and two even more awesome grandkids. He has studied the Bible and Theology through Liberty University and Phoenix Seminary. One of his greatest passions is to help men embrace their manhood and to find value and honor in their roles as fathers.

Jetaun Quarles, Marketing Specialist

A God-chaser, wife, and mama of soon to be 4 little arrows (children) whose passion is to see ALL women, especially mothers, holistically healed in order for them to thrive in marriage, motherhood, and their mission from God. Jetaun, native of Memphis, TN, knows the upset of unwanted pregnancies, the trauma of a scary hospital birth, postpartum depression x 2, postpartum anxiety, pregnancy depression, and just the all around feeling of loneliness. With a background in fitness, health, and nutrition, she understands how imperative it is for a woman to be healthy mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically while pregnant and parenting their families whether they work or not. Jetaun accepted this position in efforts to please God by sharing her skills, knowledge, and faith with all she encounters through LMA with hopes that she can save lives by encouraging the women to NOT ONLY have their babies but by also helping the entire family unit to thrive in society.

R. Dawn Vawter RN, BSN, CLC, CPST

Dawn is a graduate of Charleston Southern University with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing with a Minor in Psychology. She has spent the last five years serving first-time Mom’s through the Nurse-Family Partnership as a Nurse Home Visitor. 
She enjoys reading, gardening, ALL things bright and glittery, and adores time with her family including a wonderful husband, 4 children and 2 grandchildren.

Patsy Chacon, Parenting Course Director

She’s very compassionate about helping women and families who find themselves in unexpected, life changing situations. She has over 20 years of experience working and ministering in the family care field and love being able to help and encourage others. One of the ways that she loves to do this is by teaching and training others. By equipping others, you can help families flourish and thrive as they are able to learn and grow in a non-judgmental and caring environment.

Gabriela Zierer, Lead Volunteer Coordinator

Gabriella was born and raised in Florida. In 2019 she moved out to Arizona to pursue her career as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist Assistant. She has been working as a pediatric COTA/L in various settings which include home-health, schools and clinics.  As a pediatric COTA/L she helps children with special needs to become more independent with daily living skills and improve day to day tasks. This may include promoting fine motor, cognitive, sensory processing skills and many other skills through therapeutic activities. Gabriella has a love and passion for children and families. “I am extremely grateful to be a part of Life More Abundantly, it is an honor to help serve, support, build and encourage the community starting first with the family unit. We are in this together!”

Elouise Nathaniel, Founder and CEO

Originally from Northern California but has called Arizona home for the past 20 years. Her heart yearns to see ALL Women to know their worth and to see themselves as God sees them. Elouise is known for her encouraging spirit, strong coaching, loving mentoring and fearless team building skills. She is a believer in God and believes that he sent his son Jesus to the cross for her personally. She has 4 grown children, 1 son and 3 daughters.  Elouise is passionate about pouring into others who are open to it and empowering them to reach their spiritual, life and career goals.  Her personal motto is: It’s not the load that breaks you down it’s the way you carry it. Her beliefs are to actively give back to her community and NOT with "lip" service but with "sweat" service. Serving the “Beloved Community” of South Phoenix with a judgement-free heart, is a privilege, which is the way God has called her to serve.
